Data Storage
Your data is securely stored in our backend infrastructure. Data may be cached locally on your device when operating offline to ensure uninterrupted access to your information.

- Supabase — Authentication, database hosting, and backend infrastructure
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — Push notifications
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — Optional social authentication

These services may collect limited technical data as described in their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Scale ticket records may be retained for operational and compliance purposes even after account deletion. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, though anonymized ticket records may be retained for business record-keeping.

We use secure infrastructure and encrypted connections to protect your data during transmission and storage.
User Rights

Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the LoadX mobile app. When you delete your account:
- Your personal information (name, email) will be permanently removed
- Your authentication credentials will be deleted
- Completed scale ticket records will be anonymized and retained for business record-keeping
- Locally cached data on your device will be cleared

Children's Privacy
LoadX is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or by email. Continued use of LoadX after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
